We grow eight hop varieties on our 3-acre Hocking Hills yard: Centennial, Zeus, Willamette, Saaz, Newport, Magnum, Columbia, and Chinook. Every variety is lab-tested by Advanced Analytical Research (AAR), a TTB-certified lab, with alpha and beta acid results provided on every order.

We grow, harvest, dry, and pelletize our hops right here on our family farm. Every batch is carefully processed, nitrogen-sealed for freshness, and sent out for independent lab testing, so you know exactly what you're getting before it ever goes into your brew.
